Maintenance is complete in less than 15 minutes. Everything is running smoothly again after the router upgrade.

In a moment at 3:00am CDT there will be an upgrade maintenance on the router our servers are connected through. During this time, the existing supervisor engines (SUP720-3BXL) will be swapped with new Cisco best of breed supervisor engines (VS-S720-10G-3CXL). As this router provides direction connectivities to our servers, public internet connectivity will be unavailable at various points during the above maintenance window. The upgrade for the supervisor engines is expected to take approximately 15 minutes.

Server 2 has been reloaded. We are currently restoring the data to the server. More updates will be available soon.
Serevr 2 going for OS reload

Server 2 has not been able to be brought up after some corruption to the OS itself. We are currently going for an OS reload (reinstall) in 72 hours and will get the data back intact.

2 new features + improvements

We have successfully rolled out two new features and introduced numerous system improvements today. Two of the new features are sound alert and custom header label/link. Both features are now available for all premium accounts.
Sound alert can be enabled in the Configurations page. Custom header label/link now replaces the default "Admin" link automatically. You can set a custom header label along with an optional link under the "Labels" page in the control panel.
The live-update system on the shoutbox has been improved to give better performance. Another improvement can be seen in the online counter which now eliminates the problem with dynamic IP users.
There could be new bugs being introduced with these new features. If you encounter any bugs with the new features, please report it to us.
