Troubleshooting
- I cannot open downloaded message archives. You will need a modern browser that supports XML to open the archives. If you do not have a modern browser, you may use Notepad or any plain text editor to view them. Also, you must download the archive stylesheet in order to open the archive properly in a supported browsers. The archive stylesheet can be downloaded on the same page as the archive download page.
- Flash viewer shows default colors only. Flash viewer uses color from the default template system. Custom colors will not be available if you use custom CSS for your shoutbox.
- My shoutbox scrollbar has disappeared! Don't worry, scrollbar will not be visible if there is nothing to scroll. Simply post more messages and the scrollbar will appear when the list of messages is tall enough.
- The scrollbar is not colored! Colored scrollbar is not part of XHTML standard. It will not be included in the shoutbox because it is no longer supported by modern browsers such as Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer 7 and only the old browsers can use colored scrollbar.
