- How can I use the shoutbox? You can place the shoutbox on your own website and use it to post and receive messages. Simply login to the control panel and select Use shoutbox link from the Quick start menu to get started.
- Where can I use the shoutbox? If you have a website, you will be able to use our shoutbox by pasting a block of codes into your HTML pages (refer "How can I use the shoutbox?" above for instruction). If you are using other services, please check our Installation Guides section.
- Can I use shoutbox without a website? Yes. You will be provided a subdomain for your shoutbox after registration. Login to the control panel and then go to Use shoutbox page under Quick start menu. Choose the option Use shoutbox directly to use the shoutbox on its own.
- How can I use smileys? In your shoutbox, press the + button next to the Shout! button to view the list of smileys. You can click to insert symbol of the smiley into your message. The symbol will be replaced with the image of the smiley when you post it into the shoutbox.
- How can I preview my message? You can preview your message while you type by expanding the extra panel using the button labelled with + symbol.
- How can I delete posts? You must be the owner of the shoutbox to delete posts from the shoutbox. Just login to your shoutbox admin area and you will be able to delete messages.
- How can I access my admin area? Simply click the Ω symbol at the top right of your shoutbox form to access your admin area. You will need to input your account password to continue.
