- I lost my password. Please use the password reset form to reset your password.
- I lost my shoutbox ID.
You can retrieve the shoutbox ID from your shoutbox. Just visit your shoutbox using your browser. Once you are there, look for the link labelled Refresh in the shoutbox.
The refresh link should contain your ID. Your ID is the one after the question mark (?).
If you are unsure of how to get the shoutbox ID, right click the Refresh link and select the option the open the link in a new window. In this new window, look at the address/location bar for the URL of the site. It should contain something like www.shoutmix.com/?user. The text after the question mark is your ID.
- Can I change my shoutbox ID? No, you can't change your shoutbox ID. If you want to use another ID, you can create a new shoutbox with the new ID.
- Why do I need to type in my email to reset account password? We need you to confirm the email address so you will know which email to check for the password reset instructions. We do not reveal the email address of any shoutbox accounts for protect privacy of our users.
